Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Hathaa app or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Hathaa.

2. Not medical advice

Hathaa provides general wellness information and predictions based on the data you enter. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Predictions are estimates, not guarantees - they can be wrong, especially with irregular cycles. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and seek prompt medical attention for any concerning symptoms.

3. Who can use Hathaa

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Hathaa account. By using Hathaa, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that the account is your own.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately at support@hathaa.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Partner sharing

Hathaa's partner sharing feature is opt-in. You control what's shared and with whom via a one-time invite code. You're responsible for who you choose to link your account with. Revoking a link immediately stops all further sharing, but doesn't retroactively un-share information the partner already saw.

6. Subscriptions & payments

Hathaa currently offers its core features at no cost. If we introduce paid subscription tiers in the future, they will be billed through Apple's App Store in-app purchase system, will auto-renew unless cancelled, and will be subject to Apple's own refund and billing policies - Hathaa does not process payments directly. See our Pricing page for current plans.

7. Acceptable use

Please don't use Hathaa to:

  • Enter someone else's health data without their consent.
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its infrastructure.
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Hathaa app, website, name, and logo are owned by us. Your own logged data belongs to you - we don't claim ownership of the health information you enter.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Hathaa is provided "as is." We work to keep predictions and insights accurate and the service reliable, but we don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate for every user or cycle pattern.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hathaa isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on its predictions or insights. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date above and, where appropriate, noted in the app.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local law where you live requires otherwise.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms: support@hathaa.com.

This is a solid working draft, not legal advice. We'd recommend a quick pass by a lawyer familiar with app/subscription businesses in your target markets before launch - particularly around the medical disclaimer and subscription billing sections.
